Maintenance Permits are for:

    • Replacing or repairing existing items/features such as: a gas line, appliances, shingles, fireplace that is keeping the same energy source, door/windows of same size, etc)

Non-Maintenance Permits are for:

    • New Items/Features such as: a new fireplace changing energy source (i.e. from electric to gas)
    • Demolition
    • Manufactured Home

Applicants must provide one hard copy and one digital version of the construction plans when submitting a building permit.
