The City of Wabasha Housing Task Force recently identified three city properties available for potential development for housing. They are now accepting letters of interest and inquiries from potential developers.

Downtown Site (2nd Street, former Grandpa’s Barn and Transfer Building Site), is a 0.5 acre site located downtown, near the library, National Eagle Center, and river. Existing utility connections. Will require demolition of existing buildings. Click here to learn more.

River Crossings Site B is a 4.77 acre site available for commercial development, adjacent to Dicks Market, click here to learn more.
