Meet our newest full-time paramedic, Dakkota Moreno! His path into emergency medical services started with a long-standing interest in the medical field. In January of 2023, he decided to give EMS a try—and quickly discovered it was a career he truly enjoyed. Since then, he has continued to grow in the profession and recently stepped into his role as a new full-time paramedic. Looking ahead, he’s especially excited to complete his Community Paramedic course this spring, which will allow him to expand the care he provides to patients in the community.
Before entering EMS, he proudly served our country as a United States Marine Corps veteran. Today, he works with Dodge Center Ambulance and also earned his Associate’s Degree through his Paramedic program. While not at work, Moreno enjoys casual photography, video games, and time with friends.
We are looking forward to have another dedicated team member providing emergency medical services to the city of Wabasha, city of Kellogg, and surrounding townships.
