Wabasha is a proud partner with the Southeastern Minnesota Multi-County Housing & Redevelopment Authority (SEMMCHRA) as part of the Small Cities Development Program and is designated as a “Fair Housing City.” The Fair Housing Act ensures equal access to rental housing and homeownership opportunities.
