SNOW EMERGENCY HAS BEEN DECLARED for Sunday, March 15th, beginning at 2AM.  Please help our snowplow operators work to clear the roadways safely and effectively and follow these mandatory regulations:
  • NO PARKING on city streets or alleys until they are plowed full width. Parking ordinances will be strictly enforced and any vehicles found in violation will be ticketed and towed at the owners expense.
  •  SIDEWALKS: Property owners must have sidewalks cleared, free of snow/ice within 24 hours after a snowfall event. Sidewalk ordinances will also be enforced.
There is public parking lots in the downtown area located under the bridge for residents to use during these events.  When the streets are cleared of parked cars, our crews can get the job done faster and safer for everyone. Your cooperation is truly appreciated, THANK YOU!
