The City of Wabasha is soliciting bids for the sale and removal of used, unneeded athletic equipment from our old Athletic Field located at: 205 4^th Grant Blvd W. The list below should be bid as separate items, minimum bid of $1 is required with the purchaser responsible for the complete removal of said items at no cost to the City of Wabasha and must carry all necessary self-insurance to cover themselves and their equipment from injury or damage during removal. All transportation to and from the site shall be the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Bidders will be responsible for their own measuring of items. Items must be removed in their entirety. For inspection or viewing, contact Wabasha Public Works at 651-565-3404 or email at pwdirector@wabasha.org. Pictures will be included with the packet which can be picked up at Wabasha City Hall. Bids and timeline for removal must be submitted to Wabasha City Hall located at 900 Hiawatha Drive East, Wabasha, MN 55981 and in a sealed envelope no later than 10AM on Thursday, September 19^th, 2024. Bids will then be opened by the City Administrator and Public Works for consideration. The City of Wabasha reserves the right to reject any and all bid.

4-ballfield dugouts, may include floor/footings
1-scoreboard not including concrete footings or I-beams
2-ballfield backstops, field #1, field #2
1-warming house including deck, may exclude floor/footings
1-electrical main control panel
4-hockey rink light towers, not including concrete footings
1-skateboard ramp center section (needs repair)
Approximately 368ft of chain link fence and gate along Grant Boulevard not including cemented posts.
