The City of Wabasha seeks to hire a Pool Director for the 2025 Operating Season at the Wabasha City Pool. This seasonal position will oversee various employees including lifeguards, water safety instructors, and front desk attendants. Duties will also include scheduling training for all lifeguards, water safety instructors, and staff, scheduling and coordinating swimming lessons, and miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Public Works Director and staff. The Pool Director must follow all state laws, regulations, and procedures regarding swimming pool operations. Pay will be dependent upon qualifications and experience.
