St. Elizabeth Hospital and Health Care Center is a 121-bed facility that provides primary care and long term care services. It is staffed by seven family practitioners, a psychiatrist, a surgeon and numerous consulting specialists. Twenty-four hour emergency care is available with weekend walk-in clinic services. General and specialty surgery is performed and a full range of diagnostic services is available. Nearby Gunderson Clinic and Mayo Clinic provide on-line consultation for cardiac and OB fetal monitoring. A birthing center is also available.
